I did a lot of running around yesterday morning..which probably resulted in the weight loss. I forgot that the lunch wasn't yesterday..it is next week. Maybe I should be taking something for memory now. The pill I take to curb the sugar intake may have also affected the teeth clenching..well at least in my head it does. The clenching has lessened since yesterday and if I do not have a smoke today technically all the nicotine will be out of my system. Then the only thing for me to worry about is the oral fixation part that pretty much lasts forever..great. I woke up late today, so it looks like I will be skipping breakfast. I do not want to get into that habit, but it is already 10:30 and I already feel like eating a sandwich. I need to come up with something to do today to keep me busy, I may drive around til I find a few garage sales. Hope I don't find something I actually want! True Blood tonight should keep me indoors once the night hits so have a good Sunday everyone!
