Day 7..Anything to show for it?

303.6 lbs...well at least it isn't .4!

So this is the end of my first full week on my weight loss plan. I have since lost 1.8 lbs since the start. Ugh I miss the days where cutting back actually made a difference! I am trying not to get discouraged. I haven't been working out..but I have been working 12 hour days..I find it odd that my last meal was at 5:00pm yesterday and I don't weigh any less..I had always thought that it wasn't healthy to eat past a certain time..oh well. In the next few weeks my workout will be walking around elementary schools..so now I do not have to plan to wake up early and drag myself out of bed. I am gonna look over this past week to see how my weight loss plans have changed and what I can do to change a few more things..like adding veggies and fruit..ugh. I am going to a wedding and a BBQ this weekend...someone kill me!

2 slices whole wheat toast
2 TBSP peanut butter
Snack
Fruity snacks
Lunch
1/2 taco salad
iced tea
Snack
Fruit snacks x2
Dinner
1 can tuna
3 slices whole wheat bread
pistachios
2 slices cheese
1 TBSP mayo
Snack
Almonds

  1. Don't eat too many nuts in one day (pbj and almonds). They have good fat in them but still a TON of fat. 1/4 cup is 5 weight watchers points and 2 TBS of pb is also 5 TBS. You would probably get 35 points or something in a day so that's a healthy chunk.
