A new journey

So my last diet crashed and burned. I am now trying to learn where things went wrong by looking at my past entries and what was going on in my life that I seemed to not want to "share with the class". So I have tried a new weight loss plan..a plan that is going to cost me through the pocket, but is showing some good results right now. Don't worry, it is legal and seems to be giving me more energy now than ever before! I will hopefully be writing more here and on another blog with other women who are having the same journey as me.

Day 9..What happened?

I know I messed up bad yesterday..I was starving at night plus I went out to have a few drinks with friends..it was just so frustrating that I didn't even bother writing anything down. I figured this weekend I am going to take off from this blog and just do what I want for now. I shall return on Monday..with hopefully a new look on all of this.

Day 8..No gain is good

So I stayed exactly the same today. I did eat a lot more last night than I have recently I almost felt like eating more after the bad date I had at lunch..I sometimes wonder if the weight is the only issue I have..I can have really great conversations with people, but as soon as they see my weight being a factor they run for the hills. Yes, I brought this upon myself, but there are other factors that are included in my weight gain..such as genetics. The weight factor skips a generation in my family..so I unfortunately was the one to get it. The men are surprisingly never affected..ugh..Today I am going to eat less fruity snacks and in its place put actual fruit..I will let you know how it goes tomorrow!

Day 7..Anything to show for it?

303.6 lbs...well at least it isn't .4!

So this is the end of my first full week on my weight loss plan. I have since lost 1.8 lbs since the start. Ugh I miss the days where cutting back actually made a difference! I am trying not to get discouraged. I haven't been working out..but I have been working 12 hour days..I find it odd that my last meal was at 5:00pm yesterday and I don't weigh any less..I had always thought that it wasn't healthy to eat past a certain time..oh well. In the next few weeks my workout will be walking around elementary schools..so now I do not have to plan to wake up early and drag myself out of bed. I am gonna look over this past week to see how my weight loss plans have changed and what I can do to change a few more things..like adding veggies and fruit..ugh. I am going to a wedding and a BBQ this weekend...someone kill me!

Day 6..My body cannot make up its mind!

SO I lost the .4 lbs again. My body seems to be stuck on the .4 for some reason. I guess the cheeseburger and fries didn't matter when I was running around like a crazy person yesterday...and it looks like I will be doing the same thing today as well! Lots of snacks will be available to me in my car so no worries there. I will also be working through lunch and I am not sure what to actually do about that. I need to find some food that is good for you and I can take to work. I am not a big soup drinker and making sandwiches and sticking them in the cold fridge does not appeal to me. I may just make peanut butter since I do not have to put it in the cold. Yay this blog is giving me good ideas! I believe this is also day 5 without a smoke, since I had one the day I started this blog. Right now it is 7:45am and I haven't done anything yet today, but I am about to go and run out the door..awesome..hope everyone is having a great day!
